We take pride in providing healthy, high-quality plants. Due to the nature of live plants, our policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting the integrity of our products.
Returns
Because we sell live plants, we do not accept returns.
14-Day Support Window
If there is an issue with your order, you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
Damages and Issues (Live Arrival Guarantee)
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your plant arrives damaged, unhealthy, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at leafit2meswfl@gmail.com.
To process your claim, please include:
- Clear photos of the plant
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
If your claim is approved, we will provide either:
- A replacement plant (if available), or
- Store credit
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Live plants
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials or regulated goods
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.
Refunds
Refunds are not typically issued due to the perishable nature of live plants.
In rare approved cases, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
